Qualified applicants must reside within a commutable distance to one of these locations.   - Paid training is (4) months for those with a Property and Casualty Insurance license and (4.5) months for those unlicensed.   - Product Training - 4-6 weeks of onsite training, Monday-Friday starting at 10:00am (EST).   - Onboarding - 12 weeks where you begin to take calls and begin earning commission. During this time, you will transition to a hybrid schedule, 3 days in-office/2 days remote and work 4 weekdays and Saturday.   - Permanent work schedules generally start mid-morning, however, can start midafternoon based on assignment. One weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday) will be required with an alternate day off mid-week. Weekend rotations vary by position.  - You can expect to work this schedule for a minimum of 9 months before consideration for another shift.
