Description

Liberty Mutual is a best-in-class marketing organization focused on experiences that feel relevant, timely, and trustworthy. This role sits where that ambition becomes reality. You’ll help deliver acquisition direct mail campaigns with excellence, support telematics initiatives that improve the customer experience and drive enrollments, and protect the accuracy of product messaging across marketing touchpoints. You’ll gain exposure to how marketing, product, analytics, and operations come together—while developing the skills to grow your career in a high-visibility, high-impact area of the business.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career marketer who’s eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to build skills at the intersection of marketing execution, operations, and performance.

Responsibilities:

You’ll support the team across three key areas that drive acquisition growth and customer experience:

  1. Direct Mail Execution: You’ll coordinate and support key acquisition direct mail campaigns, including:

  • Managing timelines, routing, approvals, and launch readiness across multiple campaigns.

  • Coordinating with Creative, Agency Partners, Analytics and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Ensuring creative, offer details, and required disclosures are correct prior to production.

  • Maintaining documentation to support operational excellence and auditability.

  1. Telematics Marketing Support: You’ll support marketing communications tied to telematics offerings and experiences, including:

  • Coordinating execution of telematics-related customer communications and acquisition/support materials.

  • Partnering with the Product team to ensure messaging aligns to the telematics value proposition and customer journey.

  • Supporting updates and ongoing improvements based on performance insights, operational changes, and evolving product needs.

  1. Product Marketing Messaging: You’ll help ensure Liberty Mutual products and services are represented clearly, consistently, and accurately across marketing communications by:

  • Reviewing messaging for accuracy (product naming, features/benefits, eligibility, offer details, and required language).

  • Partnering with Consumer Insights to understand optimal marketing messages and applying learnings to our glossary.

  • Supporting continuous improvement of templates, messaging standards, and workflows that reduce rework and improve speed-to-market.

Success looks like…

  • Direct mail campaigns executed on time, with clean handoffs and accuracy.

  • Telematics-related marketing support is responsive, organized, and aligned to the customer experience and product strategy.

  • Product/offer messaging is accurate and consistent across channels, reducing downstream corrections and improving customer clarity.

  • Stakeholders experience you as proactive, dependable, and easy to partner with.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications (or equivalent experience).

  • 1+ year of relevant experience (corporate, agency, or comparable).

  • Strong project coordination and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfort learning and using marketing tools/technology.

  • Ability to coordinate with external agencies/vendors and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
