Role Summary:
North America Programs has been tasked with scaling from approximately $200M to $1B in GWP by 2030. The Head of Bordereaux & Reporting is a key leadership role responsible for building and scaling the bordereaux, reporting, and data capabilities required to support that growth across a rapidly expanding delegated authority portfolio, as well as select delegated authority business supported across other profit centers.
The role owns the end-to-end bordereaux operating model for North America Programs & Delegated Authority, including onboarding, ingestion, validation, reconciliation, governance, and reporting. The position is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and scalable data delivery across underwriting, finance, claims, actuarial, compliance, and reinsurance functions while establishing the operational standards, controls, and reporting capabilities required to support significant portfolio growth.
In addition to bordereaux oversight, the role is responsible for ensuring all broader program data requirements within Liberty systems are captured accurately and consistently, including seamless coordination with the NA Data & Analytics Office to support enterprise reporting, operational reporting, management information, and downstream data needs across the business.
The role partners closely with Operations, Underwriting, Finance, Claims, Actuarial, Compliance, Transaction Accounting, the NA Data & Analytics Office, and Liberty International Insurance’s London operations to align bordereaux standards, governance, platform capabilities, reporting requirements, and global operating models.

The selected candidate should live within 50 miles of our Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; or Atlanta, GA office to be able to come into the office two days per week.
Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
