In this role, you will help shape how we engage with agents across Comparion Insurance Agency, translating strategy into clear, compelling communications that strengthen brand perception, deepen relationships, and support profitable growth.

 

Working at the intersection of Communications, Marketing, and Distribution, you’ll play a key role in bringing initiatives to life - ensuring agents are informed, engaged, and equipped to succeed in a dynamic environment.


What You’ll Do

 

  • Execute communications that support and engage a network of up to 2,000 independent agents, ensuring clarity and consistency across channels
  • Translate complex initiatives - such as compensation changes, technology rollouts, and marketing campaigns into simple, actionable messaging that drives adoption
  • Support executive communications and key events, including town halls and leadership meetings, through development of presentations and messaging materials
  • Partner with Marketing to create high-quality, multi-channel content that strengthens the Comparion brand and supports business growth
  • Collaborate across Enterprise Communications, PR, and internal teams to align and tailor messaging for the agent audience
  • Develop compelling, insight-driven storytelling that connects agents and leaders to strategic priorities

What You Bring

 

We are looking for a communications professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and thrives in a collaborative environment. You bring:

 

  • Experience across communications and brand/marketing, including supporting acquisition and retention strategies
  • Familiarity with the Property & Casualty (P&C) independent agent channel and insurance distribution models
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, persuasive messaging
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional partners
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in communication, information management, learning and development or related fields
  • 5 to 7 years of experience working with cross-functional teams supporting user-centric design principles
  • Understanding of learning and development concepts, including performance support
  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures, insurance industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Strong leadership skills and management experience, preferred

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
