US Retail Markets (USRM) Claims & Servicing Technology is seeking a strategic and execution focused engineering leader to serve as Engineering Director for our Electronic Content Solutions portfolio. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team within the USRM Claims & Servicing Tech organization focused on delivering reusable enterprise content solutions capabilities. You’ll also help shape and drive the engineering strategy for platforms such as Publishing, Enrich and Document Management. This role partners closely across Personal Lines and Small Commercial Claims, Service and Product organizations, data office and data science teams.
As Engineering Director, you will be responsible for building, developing, and empowering a high-performing engineering team that delivers innovative, scalable solutions. You will lead both people leaders and senior technical leaders, overseeing talent development and resource alignment to ensure the team is positioned to meet evolving business priorities. As a senior leader, you will also contribute to broader organizational planning and serve as a thought leader who advances the craft of engineering across USRM and Liberty Mutual.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
