We are seeking a highly organized and servant‑leader–minded Scrum Master to guide our Agile teams, remove impediments, and ensure smooth delivery of high‑quality products. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Designers, and key stakeholders to cultivate an Agile mindset and continuously improve team performance. This position is a member of an Agile team and is responsible for enabling the team to be more effective applying the relevant Agile approach (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.) and cultivates an environment that supports Agility. Coaches, mentors and teaches team members, proactively seeks to eliminate or minimize impact of barriers, and addresses challenges to team delivery. Works closely with Product Owners and other SM`s to support release planning, backlog and team health, and cross-team communication. Fosters team decision making, transparency and independence, encourages cross-training and team support.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
