Join USRM's Experience & Strategy team as a Product Owner (PO) supporting the delivery of new Sales Experiences for our Direct go-to-market vertical. Liberty Mutual's Distribution & Marketing organization on a journey to build modern sales experiences. This PO role will own a portion of a new sales experience for Liberty Mutual's direct sales call center, supporting a team of hundreds of internal insurance agents. The focus will be on enabling personal lines property products to be sold on a new platform.
This role will report to a Senior Product Owner within a portfolio of products whose mission is to empower internal & external insurance professionals to deliver value for their customers and Liberty Mutual through new business. Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
