Join Liberty Mutual’s US Retail Markets Servicing Solutions portfolio as a Product Owner III supporting our servicing platform — the internal application used by service representatives and independent agents to manage and service their customers. You will own UI/experience specific capabilities our employees and independent agents rely on every day to view customer information, service policies, manage updates, and take action across the customer lifecycle. You will lead strategy and delivery for core customer management capabilities — including customer data integration, 360° customer overview experiences, profile and information management, and intelligent alerting — ensuring our servicing professionals have accurate, actionable, and streamlined tools to support customers efficiently. This is a high-impact role operating at the center of our US retail servicing ecosystem, balancing near-term delivery with long-term modernization as we simplify systems and retire legacy applications.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
