Join our Agency Optimization Team and take ownership of the Agency Comparative Rater Technology—a critical growth engine that directly impacts policy production, profitability, and the agent experience.

In this highly autonomous role, you’ll lead the end-to-end product strategy, from complex carrier integrations to the agent-facing interface. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning strategy into results, this is an opportunity to make measurable impact.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the product strategy and lifecycle for the comparative rater and quote/bind workflows.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and carrier partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Comparative Rater Technology.
  • Lead roadmap planning, business case development, and feature prioritization.
  • Manage day-to-day platform performance, integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and risk management.
  • Lead agent discovery efforts to continuously improve the user experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage the project management life cycle for projects of varying complexity.
  • Proficient with project management tools.
  • Project management certification strongly preferred.
  • Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
  • Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions strongly preferred.
  • Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 6+ years of relevant experience to include project management work. Advanced degree preferred.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
