The Sales & Agency Support portfolio delivers the core systems and digital experiences that enable Liberty’s B2B field sales teams which empower our territory managers, and independent agents to find, sell, and service business efficiently. Our work powers agent self-service for Agents through custom developed solutions, territory and producer management utilizing Salesforce, agency data and download provisioning and key operational workflows to improve agency operations and field leaders.
**This is a hybrid role requiring two days in the office a week**
Our strategic priorities focus on modernizing and consolidating the Sales Platform to reduce technical debt and lower long‑term TCO while enabling front‑line growth. A top initiative is a major Salesforce modernization program to replace a heavily customized 15+ year old system with a modern Sales Platform Architecture that supports better data, automation, and security while rewiring our business process with AI.

Responsible for hiring, managing, and deploying resources across team(s) to enable optimal alignment of staff to business priorities. Coaches and evaluates performance and quality of work delivered by team members. Creates motivating work environment for team(s) and ensures team is constantly learning and delivering quality code. Understands tools, architecture, security and scalability needs for assigned team(s); provides technical engineering guidance especially with less experienced team members. Manages total cost of ownership, advocates for the removal of technical debt, assists and supports team effectiveness. Champions and effectively utilize agile methodology and practices.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
