Description

This role will offer a hybrid work model out of our Portsmouth, NH office or Plano, TX.

 

Lead operational excellence as our Manager of Operations by driving successful delivery of business outcomes, strict SLA adherence, and meticulous attention to detail across asset and configuration management. You’ll manage and coach a high‑performing team of analysts, optimize workload distribution, and implement process improvements using KPI dashboards and root‑cause analysis. Build compelling business cases, present clear findings, and recommendations to leadership, and ensure measurable outcomes through disciplined execution.

 

Ideal candidates bring strong business acumen, advanced data fluency, proven coaching experience, and 7+ years of relevant leadership and operational analysis.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manages correct distribution of workload to maximize outcome, evaluates potential operational changes, and/or design new approaches and methodologies.
  • Oversees building the business case for making changes to current practices, programs or procedures. Leads the conducting of current state assessment, opportunity assessment, cost/benefit analysis, feasibility assessment, etc.
  • Oversees the implementation and evaluation of business process changes typically through function-wide scope, partnering with stakeholders.
  • Manages KPI data in dashboards and works with data analytics team to determine cause of identified issues. Assists in development of presentations to senior management regarding findings and recommendations.
  • Hires, develops, provides coaching to, and makes compensation recommendations for team members. Defines individual performance objectives and development plans, and ensures alignment with department, function, and group objectives.  
  • Fosters an environment in which continuous improvement methodologies are applied to deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, software applications, and optimization drivers.
  • Extensive knowledge of asset and config management disciplines and practices
  • Experience with ServiceNow and FlexeraOne preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise influence, engage employees; communicate effectively; promote collaboration, teamwork and change initiatives; and build value for customers through a service orientation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Displays solid business acumen and integrated thinking.
  • Competencies typically acquired through a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to include business analysis work and prior experience working in an effective leadership capacity.
  • People leadership experience required.
