The Enterprises Strategy team is responsible for defining and shaping the company's long-term strategy and executing strategic initiatives to position the organization for sustained profitable growth. We partner directly with the executive leadership team and senior business stakeholders to drive transformational change and deliver enterprise-wide impact.
Enterprise Strategy is a dedicated team within the broader Corporate Strategy & Research (CS&R) group. CS&R is an award-winning 35-person enterprise strategy and internal strategy consulting team within Liberty Mutual Insurance, a Fortune 100 company with 40,000 employees operating in 28 countries and economies worldwide.

The Details
Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Strategy Officer, you will be an integral member of the dedicated Enterprise Strategy team that advises Liberty Mutual’s senior executives in making critical decisions and setting Liberty’s long-term strategy.
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in developing a Liberty perspective on key industry trends and the broader competitive landscape, coordinating the strategic planning process across the company, and collaborating with strategy and finance counterparts across the Business Units and Corporate Functions to frame and provide recommendations on key strategic choices.
You will receive training and mentoring from the Enterprise Strategy Officer and the broader CS&R team who will support your development and career progression. Through your day-to-day work, you will develop key thought-partner relationships with leaders across the organization.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
