We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Owner to lead the PL Specialty portfolio and shape the platform services that power our Specialty product offerings across the Safeco and Liberty Mutual brands. This is a highly visible role reporting to the Director, Product Owner — Personal Lines (PL) Property & Specialty and will lead a group of Product Owners working with agile squads. You will translate business vision into scalable, compliant, and performant platform solutions (quoting, rating, underwriting, vendor data, policy output, customer data, UI, claims integrations and more) that other product teams can easily consume. If you enjoy operating at the intersection of business and technology, driving product strategy across teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes, this role offers the opportunity to have enterprise-level impact.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
