We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join the USRM Marketing organization on our Advertising Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a group that is shaping the Liberty brand through high-profile campaigns across major partners and platforms. As a member of the Advertising Team, you’ll play a role in developing and executing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement and supporting the day-to-day work. Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Display & High-Impact Lead
    Own strategy and execution for Digital Display and High-Impact advertising units across major platforms. Partner with media teams and creative agencies to deliver innovative placements.
  • Added Value Lead
    Own strategy and execution for Added-Value creative tied to media placements. Collaborate with partners to activate custom content, sponsorships, and experiential opportunities that amplify brand impact.
  • Paid Social Support
    Support planning, development, and optimization of paid social campaigns across all major platforms. Partner with media team to monitor performance, provide insights, and ensure alignment with broader advertising objectives.
  • Advertising Operations
    Oversee day to day operations including talent management and trafficking. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Advertising Campaign & Sponsorship Support
    Support planning and development of high-profile campaigns and sponsorships across platforms and tactics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing related discipline, either in a corporate or agency environment
  • Insurance industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and analysis
  • Solid knowledge of relevant technologies
  • Strong analytical, oral and written communication and organization skills required
  • Highly collaborative
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work on multiple priorities
  • Proactively seeks to learn new tactics and job skills related to current role
  • Actively seeks to expand insurance and marketing knowledge and skills, as well as department responsibilities and the connection to the broader organization
  • Identify opportunities to participate in education, development, growth, & exposure to build marketing knowledge

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
