We enable seamless agency integrations, data movement, and workflow tooling that support growth, efficiency, and a best-in-class agency experience. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a collaborative AMS leader who can elevate operational excellence across our agency technology landscape.

Role Summary:

As the AMS Manager, you will own the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for our Agency Management System. You’ll work closely with agency stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendors to optimize workflows, introduce new capabilities, and drive thoughtful adoption across the organization. What You’ll Do:

  • Continuously enhance the AMS ecosystem by evaluating current configurations and recommending strategic improvements that strengthen performance, usability, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the AMS subject-matter expert on cross-functional projects—ensuring technology is leveraged effectively and aligned with evolving business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate integration impacts of custom or non-downloading solutions to ensure smooth workflows and minimal disruption to agency operations.
  • Own vendor management, serving as the primary contact for AMS vendors, overseeing relationships, managing monthly invoices, and contributing to budgeting and financial planning.
  • Administer user access and system security, including conducting regular audits to maintain compliance, protect sensitive data, and support strong governance practices.
  • Develop clear and scalable documentation, including training materials, job aids, and standard operating procedures that promote consistency and adoption.
  • Lead system testing, upgrades, and rollouts, validating functionality, coordinating deployments, and resolving issues to ensure seamless transitions and positive user experiences.

Why This Role Matters:

Your work will directly impact how our agencies operate every day. By elevating our AMS capabilities, you’ll help empower agency partners, streamline processes, and support the growth of Liberty Mutual and Comparion’s distribution channels. This is an opportunity to shape a critical platform, influence enterprise-level strategy, and make meaningful improvements at scale.
