  • Ensure the department delivers high-quality, cost-effective internal customer service aligned with business objectives.
  • Communicate complex financial information and its practical implications to the executive leadership team as well as non-finance stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Hire, coach, develop, and provide compensation recommendations for high-performing existing team; set individual performance objectives and development plans that align with unit and project goals.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical analysis into clear business recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or Anaplan and one or more business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

At Liberty Mutual you’ll find meaningful work that supports your professional growth. We offer a collaborative culture that values integrity, continuous learning, and career development. You’ll work on challenging financial problems that directly influence business strategy while receiving support to grow your technical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of finance experience.
  • Must demonstrate ability to execute thoroughly in a fast-paced work environment, adapting quickly to changing conditions to achieve results.
