We are hiring a Solutions Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and enablement of Liberty Mutual’s Digital Experience Enablement (DXE) platform. This role is front and center in establishing a secure, comprehensive Identity and Access Management Frameworks that delivers account management, access control, governance, and standardization. Beyond identity, DXE is the set of composable capabilities, decisions, and standards that power consistent, seamless, efficient digital experiences across channels and brands within USRM. Your mission is to drive convergence of technologies and personas, reduce sprawl, and deliver reusable platform capabilities that accelerate time-to-value, lower maintenance costs, and increase trust in our brand.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
