Seeking two collaborative Product Owners to champion customer needs, one for our Auto lines and one for our Specialty lines businesses (Renters & Landlord). In these roles you will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders — including line-of-business leadership, architects, and cross-portfolio teams — to define and prioritize work that delivers measurable business value. You will translate customer problems into clear, prioritized user stories, own the product backlog, help set product KPIs, and drive the squad toward outcomes that support both short‑term delivery and long‑term product viability. These roles offer the opportunity to shape product strategy, work across portfolios, and influence solutions for policy systems on our mainframe platform.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
