Join our Talent Services team in Talent Enablement and Operations, as the go-to partner for vendor operations - own vendor relationships end-to-end, be the single point of contact, and deliver advanced, consultative support to both vendors and internal partners. You’ll solve complex issues, uncover performance trends through data, and lead process improvements that close gaps and optimize our services.   • Respond to vendor and business partner inquiries about systems, processes, technology, and procedures of any level of complexity.
  • Lead research and data analysis to track key vendor metrics and present findings to vendors and business partners.
  • Lead projects of varying complexity and provide guidance to project team members.
  • Manage assigned contractors’ delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), inventory management, and other operational metrics.
  • Monitor vendor relationship health and partners with vendor on improvement plans.
  • Conduct key client reviews to maintain strong relationships with external vendors and internal business partners.
  • Coach colleagues on the value and methodology of relationship management when appropriate.
  • Oversee vendor training for new or updated processes.
  • Contribute to vendor cost-savings initiatives by researching new products and services and evaluating vendor recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience/training) with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred experience working with third party vendors.
  • Preferred experience in Talent Services or related HR/talent operations
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills to engage internal partners of varying levels of the organization and external vendors effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the aligned business and how vendor partnerships support Liberty Mutual’s objectives
  • Excellent research, problem solving, critical thinking, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from inception through successful implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence, collaboration, and relationship building.
  • Strong decision making, judgment, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to senior audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
