Description

This position requires a strong command of data analysis, business intelligence tools, and project management skills to independently

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Problem Solving

  • Conduct moderate to high complexity analyses related to defect resolution and process errors.
  • Identify critical drivers impacting product quality issues; generate impactful insights addressing root causes of problems.

  • Leverage GenAI tools where applicable to increase efficiency in data preparation and analysis quality.

  • Integrates GenAI into BI workflows (e.g., auto?generated narrative summaries for PowerBI visuals, or reusable Snowflake SQL snippets produced from prompts).
  • Builds repeatable, documented AI-assisted processes (templates, validated prompts, unit tests) so efficiency gains scale across teams.
  • Maintains a critical stance: verifies outputs, checks for data leakage, bias, and accuracy, and documents assumptions

Issue Impact Assessment

  • Perform detailed impact assessments identifying affected policies, financial exposures, control gaps, and compliance risks associated with issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Legal, Corporate Compliance, Risk functions and enterprise risk groups to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while mitigating exposures.

Project Management

  • Develop and independently execute project plans related to issue identification and resolution initiatives; provide regular updates on progress.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement?partnering with IT squads for system fixes, product teams for policy changes, legal for risk mitigation?to drive corrective action plans through timely completion.
  • Balance competing priorities by setting clear objectives; influence scope adjustments based on strategic goals.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead meetings by presenting structured analytical findings clearly tailored for senior leadership audiences including Directors and Sr. Directors.
  • Create compelling dashboards, reports, proposals detailing Key Process Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), control recommendations, error resolutions, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare concise written communications ? emails, IMs, slide decks ? that motivate actionable next steps without need for extensive managerial review.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Serve as a recognized subject matter expert guiding junior analysts; assist with onboarding new hires or rotational team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives contributing best practices documentation such as SOPs or confluence pages to enhance team productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field. Minimum 3 years, typically 4 years or more of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software (e.g., SAS, Access).
  • Must have good planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
