Be at the center of enterprise financial transformation. As Lead Analyst for Enterprise Expense Analytics, you’ll operationalize reporting processes, analyze key drivers of expense performance, and support the creation of a unified dashboard for budget owners. This role is ideal for a data-driven finance professional eager to shape the future of expense management and reporting at scale.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and create Enterprise Expense Monthly Operating Report (MOR) materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting across business units.
  • Operationalize the collection and analysis of enterprise expense metrics, including ratio drivers, savings targets, and capability investment impacts
  • Partner with People Purpose & Brand (PP&B) Analytics and Procurement to integrate contractor data into personnel cost monitoring frameworks.
  • Support the development of a one-stop dashboard for budget owners, incorporating BCD, spend, and compliance data.
  • Implement the reporting framework to support the enterprise Travel and Expense control tower.
  • Own the submission of enterprise function expense plans, forecasts, and actuals, and prepare plan analysis on the expense ratio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree (Finance or Accounting) required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of finance experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial systems and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive results.
  • Communicates well with own team and across organizational boundaries to ensure the successful completion of shared goals.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and able to communicate issues and trends to senior management and other groups at the appropriate level of detail.
  • Solid understanding of Finance Tools and Analytical Methods.
  • Experience with Anaplan a plus.
