The Lead Tech Support Consultant for Executive Technology Support Services delivers high-touch in-person or remote assistance to Liberty Mutual executives and senior leaders. This role delivers expert-level support across a wide range of end-user issues, ensuring seamless technology experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate must be skilled at navigating internal organizational structures and operations teams to diagnose and resolve issues.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide "white-glove" technical support to Liberty Mutual executives and their staff in all aspects of end-user computing including workstations, networking, systems, applications and Microsoft 365.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to anticipate needs and proactively resolve challenges.
  • Perform complex maintenance tasks and troubleshooting with meticulous solution documentation.
  • Partner with internal groups in development, testing and evaluation of new technology and special projects.
  • Travel to executive meetings, conferences, and other locations as needed.
  • Active contributor within the Executive Support team, participating in team meetings, managing internal documentation and mentoring team members.
  • Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of corporate IT end-user and network-based systems and operations support. 
  • Requires an in-depth knowledge of end user computing systems and hardware, client functions and applications, excellent consultative and communication skills, analytical ability, decisiveness, strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively with client and other IT management and staff
  • Tailored consultive and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with high-profile clients and other technical staff.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work effectively within a team.
  • Proven record of exercising sound judgement and decision making while working under pressure.
  • Ability to exercise extreme degree of confidentiality navigating sensitive information and interactions.
  • Comprehensive Windows 11, M365, MacOS, iOS, mobile devices and Exchange experience strongly preferred.
  • Project management experience and vendor coordination skills.
  • Knowledge and comfort with AV technologies like Cisco and Crestron.
  • Familiarity of ITSM and incident resolution.
  • 24/7 on call support required on a rotational basis with team
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
