Join Liberty Mutual’s Experience & Strategy team as a Product Owner supporting the delivery of modern sales experiences for our Direct go-to-market channel. You’ll own a portion of a new sales platform used by hundreds of internal agents in our direct call center, initially focused on enabling personal lines property products (homeowners) and growing over time. Reporting to the Director, Product Owner, you’ll be part of a portfolio focused on empowering insurance professionals to deliver value for customers and Liberty Mutual through new business. You’ll be part of Liberty Mutual’s Experience & Strategy organization that partners across product, engineering, design, compliance, and operations to build modern, scalable sales experiences. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
