The Product Owner II represents the voice of the customer and the organization on the Agile team, defining and prioritizing features and stories to deliver business value. They deeply understand customer problems, ensure work is clearly defined and prioritized, and keep the squad focused on the highest-value work. The role requires continuous collaboration and communication with stakeholders and partners in Data Science, Technology, and business to align priorities and understand the supported technologies and systems. The Product Owner will also drive innovation initiatives that leverage AI and advanced analytics to reshape underwriting risk assessment, increase automation where appropriate, and enable more accurate, consistent, and transparent decisioning.

The Risk Assessment & Coverage portfolio within the Underwriting domain is an exciting place to share your talents and knowledge of Underwriting as well as exercise creativity unraveling complex capabilities to ensure Underwriting profitability. Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
