As a Backend Software Engineer within our USRM - PL Products Tech organization, you'll focus on server-side development, APIs, and data processing systems that form the foundation of our digital insurance platform. What You'll Build: • Enterprise Backend Systems: Design and develop scalable server-side applications, microservices, and APIs that power our risk evaluation and coverage determination platforms • Data Processing Solutions: Build robust systems that handle high-volume transaction processing, risk calculations, and real-time decision engines • Integration Architecture: Create seamless connections between legacy systems and modern cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliable data flow and system interoperability • Performance Optimization: Engineer backend solutions that prioritize system performance, reliability, and scalability to support millions of customer interactions
