The US Retail Markets (USRM) Personal Lines (PL) Property & Specialty Analytics team is seeking a Director, Actuary, to lead our Home Planning & Monitoring team. The team is responsible for crafting holistic and compelling opinions of the loss ratio and top-line as part of the quarterly forecast, using advanced techniques to project frequency, severity, renewal business volume and premium-level drivers, and other top-line metrics. This team also synthesizes all key loss ratio inputs to the US financial plan and monitor internal and external information to find opportunities to improve business performance. This leader will lead the team to communicate insights and results, inform senior leadership on emerging areas of risk to plan, and collaborate with key partners to drive the right actions. This position will report directly to the PL Property & Specialty Analytics Manager and lead a highly engaged team.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
