We are hiring an experienced metrics practitioner with expertise across the software development lifecycle. As a large company with over 80% of workloads deployed to the cloud, we are seeking someone to help us evolve our understanding of engineering workflows to bring new insights and key measures. In addition, there should be experience around the SPACE and DORA frameworks for measuring organizational performance as well as comfort in prototyping, validating and implementing new metrics at scale to whole organizations - from individual contributor to senior leader.
