Description

Join the Cross USRM team as a Project Manager, leading high-impact projects and countrywide Personal Lines and Small Commercial Product deployments. You will coordinate and oversee activities across multiple workstreams, managing training, communications, and knowledge sharing to ensure seamless alignment and drive efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead moderately complex to complex projects with cross-functional teams and external partners across USRM
  • Serve as the project leader, managing capacity, resources, and proactively identifying risks
  • Ensure people, process and knowledge readiness in support of countrywide product deployments
  • Work closely with the USRM Product team to ensure smooth and efficient product delivery to market.
  • Drive project planning and execution, monitor timelines, and balance team workload
  • Facilitates project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of projects to stakeholders
  • Champion stakeholder alignment and buy-in for project recommendations
  • Foster a collaborative team culture by engaging with and supporting team members
  • Provide empathetic leadership and navigate change management opportunities
  • Escalates and works to resolve issues that serve as roadblocks and/or place project objectives at risk. Identifies and provides visibility into trade-offs between options and influences recommended approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
  • Strong ability to manage all aspects of the project management life cycle.
  • Proficient with project management tools.
  • Project management certification strongly preferred.
  • Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
  • Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions strongly preferred.
  • Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to include project management work.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
