Description

Works with general direction from manager to assist with the execution of Liberty Mutual Surety marketing plans for North America and Europe. Demonstrates ability to develop timelines, communicate to partners, and executive with effectiveness. Understands impact of projects on broader organization. Coordinates and successfully implements marketing tactics that are aligned with business and corporate objectives.

 

This hybrid position requires employees residing within 50 miles of the Boston, MA; Seattle, WA; Plano, TX; or Plymouth Meeting, PA office to work onsite at the office twice a week.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the development of marketing materials, including product brochures, social media posts, website content, and print and digital advertisements.
  • Sends marketing emails via Salesforce Marketing Cloud to agent and broker contacts.
  • Drafts copy for marketing messages and collateral consistent with brand tone.
  • Tracks metrics to monitor success of marketing activities.
  • Helps with the planning and execution of industry events.
  • Effectively communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time that meet business needs.
  • Supports external and internal Global Surety communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing related discipline, either in a corporate or agency environment
  • Insurance industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and analysis
  • Solid knowledge of relevant technologies
  • Strong analytical, oral and written communication and organization skills required
  • Highly collaborative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities
  • Proactively seeks to learn new tactics and job skills related to current role
  • Actively seeks to expand insurance and marketing knowledge and skills, as well as department responsibilities and the connection to the broader organization
  • Identify opportunities to participate in education, development, growth, & exposure to build marketing knowledge

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
