As the Marketing Specialist for our Remarketing Program, you’ll play a critical role in driving profitable growth by executing strategies that re-engage consumers who shop but do not complete a purchase with Liberty Mutual. You’ll partner cross-functionally on program and tactic strategy development, while leading execution and optimization of lifecycle touchpoints aimed at turning interest into action. In this role, you’ll utilize business objectives, data, consumer insights, competitive intel and channel best practices to deliver high-impact campaigns that improve key KPIs and customer acquisition outcomes across various marketing tactics (email, SMS, call etc.).

Key Role Responsibilities


  • Lead execution and project management of our remarketing strategy across various marketing tactics (email, SMS, call, etc.)
  • Partner cross-functionally to uncover, prioritize and influence optimizations, advocating for the consumer experience throughout the lead management ecosystem
  • Utilize data to inform testing strategies and optimizations that will improve lead monetization and consumer journeys
  • Develop briefing material and brief internal and external agencies ? creative, tech squads, etc.
  • Update leader & cross-functional partners on progress, seeking alignment and feedback appropriately
  • Continuously seek ways to achieve marketing goals by asking thoughtful questions, challenging the status quo and proactively diving into projects ? demonstrating a hands-on, curious mindset and a drive to get things done efficiently and effectively
  • Leverage understanding of remarketing technologies and platform ecosystems to grasp complex technical environments, identify high-value opportunities, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies that drive performance and growth
  • Email experience required; email remarketing experience preferred


Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing driven organization
  • Requires advanced knowledge of marketing communications principles and practices
  • Experience working with and/or managing outside agencies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities
  • Strong knowledge of relevant technologies
  • Strong organizational, coordination, project management, and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills required
  • Budget management and project management experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Proactively seeks to learn and apply new tactics and job skills to enhance current role and improve broader team`s performance
  • Demonstrates understanding of insurance industry, products, services, and trends
  • Actively seeks to expand and integrate marketing knowledge and skills into recommendations, as well as function responsibilities and the connection to the broader organization

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
