As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will partner with marketing managers, business segment leaders, external partners, and other cross-functional teams, to execute marketing programs, campaigns and channel strategies that align to key business priorities. The GRS marketing team works closely with North American leadership and Distribution strategy and operations to define business need to help develop our go-to-market plans. These plans are informed by business insight, product priority, growth areas and market need that all align to the success of our brokers and clients within the commercial insurance space. You will have exposure and responsibilities that span low to moderately complex engagement strategies, creative development, print/digital messaging and execution, and results analysis. Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
