Are you a dynamic leader with strong communication, execution focused and project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director to join the Property & Specialty Delivery organization. This role is responsible for working cross functionally across USRM and build Product Delivery capabilities to deploy tactical pricing enhancements and drive prioritization rigor across the portfolio. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Property & Specialty Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in strategic and tactical decision-making to advance the portfolio’s success.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including USDS, Product, Risk Analytics, Technology, and Experience to identify standalone pricing enhancements and non-pricing enhancements opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and recommend clear paths forward. Your leadership will ensure that enhancements are adequately resourced, well-managed, and ready for seamless implementation. You will drive portfolio transparency, facilitate collaboration across stakeholders, and bring standardized, objective views that enable transparent decision-making and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the standalone pricing enhancements, non-pricing enhancements and prioritization efforts for the Property & Specialty portfolio, ensuring rigor and focus in initiative execution.
  • Collaborate closely with USDS, Product, Risk Analytics, Technology, and Experience teams to identify and prioritize both standalone pricing enhancements and non-pricing enhancements opportunities, recommending actionable paths forward.
  • Manage resource planning and allocation to ensure Property & Specialty enhancements are adequately staffed and ready for timely implementation.
  • Facilitate portfolio transparency by collaborating with stakeholders to share capacity and portfolio needs, bringing standardized and objective perspectives to decision-making.
  • Drive strong execution and project management discipline across initiatives to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to triage priorities, clarify decisions, and ensure alignment on portfolio goals.
  • Serve as a dynamic leader able to think broadly and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management, portfolio management, or related fields, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, working collaboratively across business and technology partners.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of executing complex initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bring clarity to decisions and priorities.
  • Experience in consulting or working closely with Technology teams is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
