The Digital Workforce Enablement group within the Digital Global Services (GDS) organization delivers essential capabilities that drive the operations of Liberty Mutual's workforce. Our team of skilled engineers serves over 75,000 end users daily, providing vital computing and collaboration technologies that facilitate the completion of their daily tasks.
We are seeking to hire a dynamic Product Owner III candidate to join our Collaboration platform of products. This candidate will be responsible for the Data Insights and Internal Risk and Data Defense portfolio of products. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with stakeholders (business and technology), to define and prioritize features and stories, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. Understands customers` problems in detail and ensures that the squad/team is working on the most valuable work. The Product Owner is the team member always communicating with stakeholders to ensure an aligned understanding of how the squad/team can provide the highest value to the customer through the lens of the product. Collaborates with squads/teams, technologies, and architects in their portfolio to develop a deep understanding of the technologies and systems they support.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
