Liberty Mutual’s Procurement Organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Vendor Operations, to play a critical role in leading the engagement with third-party technology labor vendors and managing strategic partnerships with these vendors and business partners. This senior-level individual contributor position demands executive-level interaction and collaboration, ensuring alignment with Liberty Mutual’s strategic objectives. The Senior Manager will implement and manage vendor standards and procedures, analyze key performance metrics to guarantee vendor effectiveness, and drive supply management strategies that deliver substantial value to internal clients. This role collaborates closely with Technology executives to ensure compliance with organizational standards and fosters strong, productive relationships with key suppliers.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
