Description

The Direct Operational Analytics team is looking for a driven and collaborative leader for the Capacity Analytics team. This team plays a critical role in ensuring that one of our core sales channels,the Direct Response Center, is staffed appropriately to meet the changing and dynamic demands of growth, economic and strategic objectives. This role is fast-paced and requires real-time decisions to drive meaningful business results. You will have high visibility to Direct Channel leaders and collaborate with various partners throughout the organization on cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will be leading a new team of 3 analysts. You should be highly motivated to build and develop this new team and ensure strong relationships are established with adjacent teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a growth mindset, eagerness to challenge the status quo, and proven critical thinking skills.

 

This role may have in-office requirements dependent on candidate location.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own DRC staffing plans and top of funnel planning and forecasting for Direct Channel.
  • Consistently evaluate our forecasted capacity results and path forward, comparing to our financial commitments and long-term economic targets.
  • Influence solutions to reach capacity targets and enable achievement of growth aspirations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with workforce management, I&S analytics, and DRC leadership to make real-time decisions to optimize channel health. Serve as key point of contact to communicate emerging trends and recommended actions while balancing complexity of interconnected metrics and downstream impacts to adjacent areas.
  • Drive strategy and analysis on capacity lever ideation, processes, and execution and partner closely across adjacent teams.
  • Lead regular deep dives into rep behaviors and rep economics to help inform strategy and problem solving.
  • Invest in team growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative field; . helpful given quantitative work they are leading
  • Minimum 8, typically 10, years' experience; must have exceptional planning, analytical, decision-making and project management skills.
  • Expert knowledge of data sources, tools and business drivers.
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques required. Industry knowledge critical.
