The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Global Risk Solutions, the global arm of Liberty Mutual which operates in nearly 30 countries around the world, seeks a coordinator to join the GRS Alignment team.
This role provides a full range of administrative and operational support to the alignment team, and will specifically report to the Executive Assistant to the President.
This role requires strong administrative skills and a general understanding of business operations to assist with the development of integrated calendars, calendar execution and coordination, scheduling, data collection, compiling and organizing materials, as well as preparing both standard and ad hoc reports, spreadsheets, and presentations of varying complexity.
The ideal candidate for this role has a strong ability to connect the dots, navigate complexity and ambiguity, and to effectively influence and collaborate across the organization, with exceptional attention to detail.
The Alignment Coordinator will have a can-do attitude and roll-up your sleeves mindset to support a fast-paced team in a high-profile environment.
