We are seeking a dynamic, people-first leader to join the Policy Servicing Portfolio within the Underwriting Domain. This portfolio serves the majority of GRS' business segments and spans a diverse ecosystem of Policy Administration systems and offerings, both legacy and modern. We support business capabilities across the insurance lifecycle with a primary focus on Post-Bind Transactions (e.g., new business booking) and Policy Financials (e.g., premium allocation). As the manager of Product Owners, you will play a critical role in shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product offerings. Your focus will be on ensuring that we make the right investments at the right time, driving results that create significant value for our customers and stakeholders.
