The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
The Personal Lines Auto Delivery teams are looking for someone to be a key contributor to USRM profit and growth goals and help shape and bring to life USRM’s current and future auto pricing programs. You will be responsible for determining product scope, defining requirements according to state regulations and strategy, and execute analytical and technical expertise for states for end-to-end rollout. Additionally, this role will drive proactive and continuous communication with key stakeholders, such as the Director of State Operations, Modeling, Experience & Technology.
The foundational knowledge of our auto product, rating programs, and connections to other parts of the organization gained during Delivery roles provide a solid foundation for a robust path across Product or USRM!
