As a Claims Team Manager, you will be at the helm of a dedicated team of 5-8 claims representatives and specialists, guiding them through the complexities of Regional Field claims processes. Your role will be critical in building and nurturing a high-performing team, focusing on both the development of existing talent and the onboarding of new hires.
Your ability to cultivate a culture of excellence will be key to our success, as you provide the coaching and direction necessary to retain top talent and enhance their skills. Moreover, you’ll champion a clear understanding of our key drivers of success, explaining the 'why' behind them to ensure everyone is aligned and motivated.
