The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Description

This position offers a hybrid work structure reporting into the Boston MA office, 2 days in office, 3 days from home.

 

As a member of the Global Brand & Communications (GB&C) team, the Associate Marketing Manager will assist with the development and management of integrated marketing plans, primarily focused on employee engagement. This role is key in developing marketing programs that promote brand awareness and consideration among prospective talent, in addition to programs that educate, engage and inspire action amongst internal employees, positioning Liberty Mutual as a great place to work. Partnering with internal stakeholders across the enterprise, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities:    

 

Strategic management of integrated marketing initiatives:

  • Proactively leads integrated campaigns from strategic planning to execution, bringing multiple stakeholders and channels together to build an integrated plan that supports goals
  • Responsible for gathering ongoing performance data and working closely with measurement and analytics teams to synthesize
  • Provides inputs into program/project strategy, rooted in best practices and historical performance
  • Supports budget management of marketing campaigns

 

Partnership Collaboration:

  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to drive integrated plan and execution forward, delivering on identified opportunities and objectives
  • Manage relationships with business partners, exercising exceptional account management skills
  • Partners closely with internal teams inside and outside of GB&C (Social, PR, Communications, Creative, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), DEI, etc.) to support plan objectives

 

Integrated Project Management:

  • Demonstrate best-in-class project management skills from project start through completion
  • Manage integrated team, inclusive of owning status documents, leading team meetings, managing internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery of work, managing internal project portal (Teams site) and more. The process includes managing creative kickoff of assignment, conducting reviews/approvals, delivery of feedback to creative team, oversight of production and final asset delivery to partners.
  • Ensure projects are completed within the desired budget, schedule, and quality standards
  • Proactively look for ways to improve existing processes and drive optimizations, while ensuring deliverables are in alignment with our enterprise brand Identity and Values

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required; minimum 5 years of relevant project management or agency account management experience with a solid background in integrated marketing; event marketing experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational, coordination, project management, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Budget management experience preferred
  • Strong ability to present work and lead meetings
  • Proactive problem solver, with the ability and willingness to jump right in
