In GRS North America, we utilize deep expertise to process claims efficiently and accurately, with the goal of being the most trusted advisors for our distribution partners and customers in the Workers Compensation industry. The Director II, Data Strategy role is aligned to the business transformation program as the Business Data Lead and is responsible for laying out the vision for the data strategy roadmap, data governance including lineage and data definition as well as navigating and addressing ambiguous business problems through capabilities achieved in the roadmap. Ties the roadmap to missions that improve the customer experience, as measured by relevant KPIs. Works with Data Product Management and the business to ensure that data use cases will build and leverage the data capabilities outlined. Independently, works at the highest authority limits on assignments reflecting the highest degree of technical and strategic complexity and coordination. Possesses a high level of technical and industry knowledge.
