The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. We are looking for a talented, motivated & data driven media specialist to join Bedoe, Liberty Mutual Insurance's in-house Media team, specializing in Paid Search execution and analytics. This team member will be accountable for both campaign management across our main insurance products & brand (incl. daily tracking, performance optimization, and monthly budgeting) as well as driving forward our team’s key strategic priorities. Candidates must be comfortable working in a rapidly evolving space with complex data, be capable of creating & articulating a defensible point of view and be proficient when implementing, optimizing, and measuring campaigns directly with internal and external partners as the primary relationship owner.
Candidates residing within 50 miles from a hub office (Boston, Plano, Portsmouth, Columbus) will follow the company’s hybrid work arrangements (WFH 3x per week, in office 2x per week). Open to a remote position if candidates reside in Eastern or Central time zones.
