The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
We are currently hiring a Senior Business Architect who will be responsible for interpreting and contextualizing strategy for operational needs and business value. Develops and maintains specific artifacts such as business capability maps and value streams to help bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Drive rationalization for larger/more complex/new systems & applications. Works closely with Sr. Directors and Directors of Product Owners, Architects, and business teams to influence roadmaps and how they align to enterprise business capability framework. Assess existing business capabilities and processes for opportunities to rationalize and optimize. Provides oversight and recommendations for system and application projects in line with organizational goals and business capability domains. Recognized as a thought leader within discipline who influences decisions made by senior leadership and advances the craft of business architecture within our organization.
Please note to be considered for this role business architecture experience is required.
Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred.
