This role is for a Consultant or Assistant Director, Product Analysis on the Personal Lines Auto Underwriting Effectiveness Renewal and Portfolio Management team. Come lead high impact, high visibility projects! Ideal candidate is comfortable crafting and making presentations, leading in ambiguity, performing their own analysis, and working cross functionally.
Under minimal direction, provides strategic and analytical assessments of issues facing the SBU. Provides input into product strategies and may create and/or lead new product concepts. Solves business problems using advanced analytics, collaboration, and in depth auto product knowledge.
Builds advanced tools & queries for others to use. Manages projects of the highest complexity and long duration. May manage technical aspects of vendor relationships, including providing cost/benefit analysis of various options. Presents work to DSO's, Product leadership, and Distribution partners. Seeks opportunities to mentor others.
