As a Business Analyst on the Small Commercial Profit Guidance, Profit Tools & Analytics team, you will perform business research that's designed to improve business processes and support decisions that contribute to the growth of profitable business. The team closely partners across Small Commercial including Indications, State, Underwriting and Product teams to help guide rate planning, strategic growth, profit actions and a variety of other critical strategic decisions. You will own specific aspects of updating rate guidance behind New Business Underwriter tools and be responsible for updating and enhancing analysis of the effectiveness of said tools and elevating key take-aways to your manager and the broader Small Commercial Risk Analytics team. This role will also provide critical analytical support for Small Commercial Countrywide Analytics special projects.
