The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Role Overview:

 

In this dynamic role, you will wear many hats, working autonomously to manage our digital marketing documents and propel transformational initiatives forward. As the center of excellence for our web reporting tools, you’ll be responsible for report generation and customization. Your strategic thinking, positive attitude, and continuous improvement mindset will be vital to our success. The ideal candidate will be an Excel whiz who loves diving into data-driven decisions and exploring uncharted waters.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Asset Management: Partner with Integrated Services and Independent Agent Marketing teams to design, operationalize, and maintain our digital asset management ecosystem.
  • Web Reporting: Serve as the go-to expert for all marketing web reporting tools. Assist the Independent Agent Marketing team with generating and customizing reports, ensuring accurate information retrieval.
  • Support Functions: Perform minor publishing tasks across the Independent Agent CMS (e.g., posting alerts, updating key contacts, publishing product guides, etc.). Create personalized campaign lists for the Digital Marketing team using our CRM tool. Manage day-to-day budget for the broader Independent Agent Marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing driven organization
  • Requires advanced knowledge of marketing communications principles and practices
  • Experience working with and/or managing outside agencies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities
  • Strong knowledge of relevant technologies
  • Strong organizational, coordination, project management, and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills required
  • Budget management and project management experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Proactively seeks to learn and apply new tactics and job skills to enhance current role and improve broader team`s performance
  • Demonstrates understanding of insurance industry, products, services, and trends
  • Actively seeks to expand and integrate marketing knowledge and skills into recommendations, as well as function responsibilities and the connection to the broader organization
