The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Solaria Labs is Liberty Mutual’s Enterprise Incubator. As Senior Director, Insights and Experimentation Enablement, you will be responsible for leading a team of researchers and analysts that partner across our broader team to develop a perspective on disruptive forces that we will face in the future in support of focusing our work on the highest areas of opportunity, execute customer/client research to inform our program plans, and lead a suite of enterprise-wide programs to help Liberty further shift to a culture of experimentation and discovery.
