The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

As the Director, Performance & Growth you will be a part of the People, Purpose & Brand (PP&B) Talent Pipeline organization, a team that partners with business and function leaders to define skill needs for today and tomorrow and co-create offerings in service of selecting and developing our talent and evolving our diverse, global workforce to grow and contribute to our shared purpose and enterprise goals.
This leader will drive equity and accuracy in performance assessment and creating pathways for growth. You will also provide global thought leadership as we continue to evolve our performance processes and establish an enterprise strategy for growth planning, including leading a team of talent professionals who design and implement solutions that can be scaled across the enterprise.
