The Senior Technical Claims Specialist, under moderate direction, handles a book of primary Environmental and Toxic Tort Claims, along with other specialty lines claims, throughout the entire claims life cycle. You will determine coverage, investigate highly complex Commercial Casualty claims, determine liability, set and adjust reserves, evaluate the claim, negotiate settlement, authorize, and resolve the claim. We have flexibility to fill this position as a Senior Technical Claims Specialist I or II, depending on candidate experience. The salary range posted reflects this range and various geographic remote locations. A typical salary will be between $110,000-$130,000.
Senior Technical Claims Specialist I Salary: $81,700-152,400 (based on candidate location and experience)
Senior Technical Claims Specialist II Salary: 91,800-171,100 (based on candidate location and experience)
Annual FTO Days Accrual: 2 days per month, up to 20 days per year
