Sets Property strategy for sub-segment CUOs to implement in their business unit portfolio strategy and plan. Accountability for North America P&L for Property. Leads North America product board responsible for market assessment & sensing, performance analysis & monitoring, pricing & rate management, portfolio management, authority setting & governance, talent & technology, GRS NA business-wide best practices adoption for product line. Responsible for all Property specific capability enhancement decisions. Makes a sizeable impact on risk quality, risk control, large account pricing, research, and centralized processing operations.
